Diane enjoys presenting business coaching sessions, staff training retreats and motivational conferences. She has balanced family, business and ministry for nearly two decades.
When she and her husband began an insurance business and worked on a church staff, they noticed the business and church development processes were similar. Lasting success of each was based on relational understanding and purposeful processes. They paired the principles and created lasting training materials to add value to the lives of their family, community and clients.
As an ordained minister, licensed life coach, business owner, and certified high school cheerleading coach, Diane Altman successfully implements the training tools in her own life to speak humorous truth. Her teaching about organization, priorities, networking, time-management and finding joy come directly from God’s work in her own life. As a Communications graduate from Washington State University, she implements journalistic research and finds current training facts to mesh with personal experience.
