Youth Coaching

To inspire beyond your personal success and add great life value, reach into the lives of youth and make a difference. ~ Coach Diane Altman

Inspire Success Youth Leadership Course allows teenagers to experience a business development setting while learning to clarify goals, examine leadership styles and develop their personal resume. Woven throughout the course, students practice public speaking, plan a small event and participate in mock job interviews. Self-discovery, accountability and fun are used to guide students as they learn their dominate personality and motivational styles. These 12 classes create an optimal learning environment for any teenage student to be inspired to greater degrees of success.

Cheerleading Teams

Coach Altman believes positive youth leaders will change their community and add value to the lives of those around them. As the head cheerleading coach for Capital High School in Olympia Washington, Coach Altman trains her athletes to be positive leaders who cheer. The Capital Cheerleaders are held to a high community standard and go beyond their strenuous practices and performances to meet the spirit needs of their school and community. Cheer makes the heart glad. To better understand joy, observe the thrill of an athlete performing a dance, cheer or stunt more difficult than they previously achieved.

Since 2004, Diane Altman has coached cheerleading and experienced the gamut of athletes and their parents. As a regional representative for the Washington State Cheer Coaches Association, Diane enjoys encouraging coaches to be creative with athletes as they reach new levels in skill and character development. Diane Altman hosts a bi-monthly Cheer Coach Coffee to exchange ideas and encourage innovation. The Capital Cheerleading program honors tradition while seeking innovation.
